2. Nature of our services
Vitalline Caz provides mobile IV vitamin therapy and related wellness services for general wellness support. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and do not replace advice from your doctor.
3. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a booking reference. Please ensure your contact details and visit address are accurate, as incorrect information may delay or affect your appointment.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule using your booking reference. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are eligible for a refund or credit; cancellations made close to the appointment time may incur a fee to cover nurse travel and preparation.
5. Eligibility and health disclosures
You must disclose relevant health information, medications and pregnancy status when booking. Your treating nurse may decline or adjust treatment where it isn't considered suitable on the day.
6. Payment
Payment is processed at the time of booking via major credit or debit card. Final pricing may vary depending on individual consultation and treatment requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vitalline Caz is not liable for outcomes arising from undisclosed health information or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
