Booking

How do I book an appointment?

Use the Book Appointment page to choose a treatment, select a date and time, and enter your details. You'll receive a confirmation with your unique booking reference.

Can I book on behalf of someone else?

Yes — just use their name and address at the customer details step, with a contact number we can reach on the day.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 24 hours' notice where possible, though we'll always do our best to accommodate same-day requests based on availability.

Can I book a group session?

Yes, group and corporate bookings are available — get in touch via the Contact page and we'll arrange a suitable time for everyone.

Safety & Eligibility

Are IV vitamin treatments safe?

Our treatments are administered by qualified nurses following clinical protocols. As with any health service, individual suitability varies, which is why every visit starts with a check-in on your health history.

Who shouldn't have IV therapy?

Certain health conditions, medications and pregnancy may affect suitability. If anything applies to you, please let us know when booking so we can advise appropriately, and check with your GP if you're unsure.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No referral is required for our general wellness treatments. If you have a specific medical condition, we recommend discussing IV therapy with your doctor first.

What are the possible side effects?

Most people tolerate treatment well. As with any injection or infusion, mild bruising, discomfort at the injection site, or light-headedness can occur. Your nurse will talk you through this before starting.

Mobile Service

Do you really come to my home or office?

Yes — that's the whole idea. Our mobile nurses bring everything needed to your home, office, hotel or event, anywhere within our service areas.

What do I need to provide?

Just a comfortable chair or seat and access to power isn't required — our nurses bring all clinical equipment and supplies.

How long does a mobile visit take?

Including set-up and check-out, most visits take 45–75 minutes depending on the treatment.

Is the mobile service available on weekends?

Yes, subject to availability — weekend and evening appointments can be requested at booking.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, with payment confirmed at the time of booking.

Is IV therapy covered by private health insurance?

Coverage varies by provider and policy. We recommend checking directly with your health fund, as our services are generally classed as wellness rather than medical treatment.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes, multi-session packages are available for regular customers — ask when booking or get in touch via the Contact page.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations made with reasonable notice are eligible for a refund or credit. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Use the manage-booking form on the Book Appointment page with your booking reference, or contact us directly.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made close to the appointment time may incur a fee to cover nurse travel and preparation — full details are on the Terms & Conditions page.

What happens if my nurse is delayed?

We'll always contact you as early as possible if a visit is running late, and can offer to reschedule if that suits you better.

General Wellness

How often can I have IV therapy?

This depends on the treatment and your individual circumstances — your nurse can talk through a sensible routine at your first visit.

Will IV therapy cure or prevent illness?

No treatment can guarantee a health outcome. Our services are intended as general wellness support, not a substitute for medical care.

Can I combine treatments in one visit?

Some combinations are possible — mention this when booking and we'll confirm what's suitable.

Do you treat children?

Our current treatments are formulated for adults. Please contact us to discuss options for younger family members.

Aftercare

What should I do after my treatment?

Most people return to normal activities straight away. Your nurse will give you simple aftercare guidance specific to your treatment.

Can I exercise after an IV treatment?

Light activity is usually fine, though it's sensible to ease back into strenuous exercise — your nurse can advise based on your session.

Who can I contact if I have concerns afterwards?

Call or email us any time using the details on the Contact page, and speak to your GP promptly for any medical concerns.

This information is general in nature and does not replace individual medical advice. Please speak with your doctor about any specific health concerns.
